Viewer Goal Setting

You can create goals (total watch time or number of videos watched) that viewers must achieve before completing there experience

Updated over a month ago

With Viewer Goals, you can define how much content participants must engage with before proceeding with or concluding their survey. This could be a specific number of videos (e.g., “watch at least 3 videos”), a minimum total watch time (e.g., “watch at least 8 minutes of content”), or a combination of both.

  1. Navigate to the left side panel under the Channel Settings tab

  2. Locate the 'Viewer Goal' section

  3. Click 'Add Goal' and select 'Minimum Watch Time' or 'Videos Watched'

  4. Adjust the minimum number of videos or minutes of content viewers must watch to achieve their viewing goal

  5. Set a Goal Achieved Message (optional) that will appear to viewers once they meet their goal

Under the Viewer Goal section, you can also control if viewers can continue watching after achieving their goal and if their goal progress will be displayed on the channel as they navigate
