Conversations gives you more control than ever over how Lumiere dialogues with viewers after they submit a comment or question response.
When you set up a Conversation, a pop-up window will appear with two tabs on the left side:
Goal Setting
Advanced Mode
Goal Setting
The Goal Setting tab is where you'll write and refine your conversation prompt. Here, you can:
Define the insights you want Lumiere to uncover during conversations
Add context and instructions
Provide any other guidance to shape the conversation
A few tools you've got to work with:
Enhance: Above the prompt box, click Enhance to have Lumiere rewrite your prompt in a more efficient way.
Live preview: To the right of the prompt box, test the output of your prompt as many times as you'd like to make sure Lumiere's conducting conversations the way you want.
Advanced Mode
For deeper customization, head to the Advanced Mode tab and toggle on Advanced Mode. From here, you can fine-tune:
Conversation Length: Define the minimum number of follow-up questions Lumiere will ask during a conversation.
Persona: Configure Lumiere's personality during conversations — funny, stern, inquisitive, friendly, or anything in between. You're in full control.
As always, you can test your changes in real time with an interactive conversation preview right in the setup dialog.
