How Does Lumiere Work?

There are 3 steps to using Lumiere: Create your video, share it with your audience, and then analyze their reactions and responses.

Setup

Upload your content and add feedback modes to create a viewer-facing video. Lumiere gives you total control over the questions and reaction types that are included in your video. For more information on the feedback modes available in Lumiere, visit our article here.

Here is an example of a fully set up video featuring Persistent Comments+Slider, Prompted Questions, and Conversations. Click the play button in the center of the video player to try out these awesome features!

Share

Once fully set up, copy the provided viewer-facing video URL to share with an audience via an email list, social post, or online recruitment. Use the provided HTML to embed your video into a website.

Analyze

After your video has collected response data, navigate to the Insights Dashboard. Each video's insights dashboard leverages AI to analyze your persistent reactions and question responses more easily than ever before. Leverage our advanced analysis features like feedback summaries, scene analysis, key moments, dashboard filters, trend lines, heat maps, key metrics, and much more to identify the story in your data!
