There are a few methods of taking your Video's Insights and presenting them to a third party, such as a client or stakeholder.
Dashboard Sharing
Dashboard sharing allows you to share and send a public link to your video's dashboard to non-team members, such as clients, vendors, partners, coworkers, or other stakeholders who may need to see the data collected on your video.
To share your dashboard:
1. Navigate to your video's Insights Dashboard
2. Locate the 'Share' button in the top right corner
3. Turn on 'Share to Web'
4. Copy the link and send it to anyone who needs access to your sick insights!
Important Notes about Public Dashboards
When sharing your insights, it's important to note that guest users (users who are not members of your team) will have limited permissions while viewing the public dashboard. These restrictions are in place to ensure your video's data and the data of the rest of your team are protected. Limited permissions include:
Guest users will not be able to navigate to the Setup page of your video
Guest users will not be able to navigate 'back' to your content folder/main workspace
The EID/ViewerID variable will be hidden from the public dashboard.
EID/ViewerID filters that have been saved to your video's insights dashboard will still be applied to the Public dashboard, but guest viewers will not see it under the 'Filters' section of the public dashboard.
Analysis Card Downloading
Every analysis card on your video's insights dashboard can be downloaded as a PNG or JPEG to easily share in a report, social post, and more.
Question Insight Downloading
Under the Questions tab of your video's insights dashboard, you'll see Question Insights cards for each question you added to your video. Just like analysis cards, these cards, which break down viewers' responses, can be downloaded to share in a report, social post, and more.
On-Video Feature Download
On-video features like the Persistent Reaction Trend Lines, Heat Map, and Questions can all be downloaded from the video player. You can also download the raw MP4 file, the audio transcript, and select video frames.
To download video player items:
1. Navigate to your video's insights dashboard
2. Select the Options ...
button in the bottom right corner of the video player
3. Select the video element you want to download
When downloading on-video features like Trend Lines, Hotspots, and Questions, you have additional options of what you want to include in your image download, like the current frame, the video player controls, and more.
Data Exporting
If you have your own data management or data visualization software that you wish to use, you can download your video's raw data and easily transfer it to your favorite tool.
To export your video's raw data:
1. Navigate to your video's insights dashboard
2. Select the 'Export' button in the bottom left corner
3. Consult the Export menu to customize your export file
