Overview
Users can now upload external survey data (CSV files with user IDs, responses, and filters) directly into Lumiere. This allows teams to take advantage of Lumiere’s powerful insights dashboard even for studies conducted outside the platform.
How to import data
Create a
.CSVfile with the following format:

2. Under your video's insights dashboard, navigate to the three dots button ... in the bottom left corner.
3. Select "Import Data"
4. Drag and drop your import file into the pop-up window or 'Click to upload, and select your file from your computer
5. Under the 'Mapping' section on the subsequent screen, label each field as one of the following data types
User ID
Question*
Viewer Data
6. Under 'Import Title', you have the option to adjust the title of each field
7. Click the purple 'Import' button to complete the process
*For now, only open text question types can be imported to Lumiere.
