Account Settings

Adjust your team's default settings, manage team members, and set your personal preferences from the settings menu.


Account Settings

Your account settings are where you'll set your display name, profile photo, and personal preferences.

To access your account settings:

  1. Click your Profile in the bottom left corner of the landing page.

  2. Select View Profile.

Team Settings

Team settings are where you'll manage general settings, team members, team-level defaults, and usage.

To access your team settings:

  1. Open the Team navigation dropdown menu in the top left corner of your workspace.

  2. Select Team Settings at the bottom of the menu.

From there you can enter General Settings, manage Team Members, set Team Level Default settings, and view your Usage.

Team Default Video Settings

Team-level default settings let Admin users standardize settings across every Lumiere Video created within a team. When a new video is uploaded, these defaults are automatically applied — saving time and cutting down on setup errors.

You can still update individual video settings later without affecting any other videos on the team.

A few things you can standardize:

  • Video Behaviors

  • Emoji selections (used when emoji questions are added to your video)

  • Persistent Reactions type and settings

To set your Team’s Default Video Settings

  1. Go to your team's main workspace.

  2. Open the Team navigation dropdown menu in the top left corner.

  3. Select Team Settings.

  4. Navigate to Video Settings in the left-side panel.

  5. Adjust your team's default settings.
