What are video statuses?
There are 3 stages of video status: Draft, Live, and Closed.
Video statuses serve multiple functions:
Statuses keep your videos organized, so you can easily view newly uploaded videos that are still being set up, videos that are live and collecting data, and past videos that have already been analyzed.
Statuses keep your video from collecting new data before your video setup is complete and after the data collection stage is complete, ensuring your insights dashboard is displaying accurate and unchanged data.
Statuses help you keep your data secure by making it harder to accidentally adjust video setup while data is being collected.

When new videos are added to your workspace, Draft Status will automatically be applied.
Draft Status indicates that a video is in the setup process and is not ready for data collection. The viewer-facing video links to this video will not work, ensuring your video data is secure.
Videos in draft status will take you directly to video setup when selected from your workspace.
Live Status
From draft status, select the Publish button in the top right corner of your video setup to set the video to Live!
Videos in Live status are open to collect new data
Videos in Live status selected from your workspace will take you directly to the share page of your video
Closed Status
Videos in closed status will not have data collected from new viewers saved to the video's insights dashboard, ensuring your data stays secure.
